Clay is an extremely tactile medium, and one I fell in love with at a young age – my first year of high school I had an extra class to fill, took a chance on ‘Pottery I’, and never looked back! The whole messy, earthy process is always fun and always changing. Making pots – creating something useful out of a lump of wet clay – is grounding and magical at the same time. Outside of the creative process, using handmade pottery helps me connect to the little joyful moments in life – I hope it can do the same for you.
